Buffalo Style Burgers

  1. Combine celery, carrot, blue cheese dressing, and 1 teaspoon of Franks Red Hot with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
  2. Mix the ground beef together, making sure to not overwork the meat.
  3. Form 4 large patties and put a dimple in the center of the burger with your finger.
  4. This will help prevent the dreaded burger bulge.
  5. While youre forming the patties, heat a (cast-iron preferred) skillet or outdoor grill to medium high heat.
  6. Salt and pepper the patties just before placing in the skillet.
  7. Cook on both sides for about 4 minutes each side.
  8. Refrain from pressing the burgers while cooking.
  9. This will decrease the juiciness significantly.
  10. Toast the burger buns under the broiler, and once toasty, squirt a few (or more than a few) drops of Franks Red Hot on each side of the bun, place a burger patty on top, and finally top with the celery slaw mixture.
  11. Douse with more hot sauce to your liking, and ENJOY!
