Hazelnut Olive Cheese Ball

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the cream and sharp cheeses.
  2. Stir in olives, parsley, green onion and hot pepper sauce until well mixed.
  3. Shape into a ball and roll in the chopped hazelnuts.
  4. Cover and chill 1 to 24 hours.
  5. Serve with crackers.
