Easy Roast Beef Recipe

• 3 to 4 lbs. roast beef
• 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 1 can beef broth
• 1/2 c. water

1. Place roast in baking dish.
2. Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
3. Mix water with mushroom soup.
4. Add in beef broth and pour over roast.
5. Cover with foil.
6. Bake 3 hrs at 350 degrees.
7. Serves 6 to 8.
