Coconut Creamed Corn

  1. Melt butter slowly in a large saute pan.
  2. Add corn when butter begins to brown.
  3. Toss.
  4. Add salt and sugar.
  5. Toss.
  6. Add coconut milk.
  7. Reduce on medium-low heat until liquid is nearly evaporated.
