Pumpkin Spice Dutch Babies

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Place all ingredients except butter in a blender and blend until smooth and completely combined, no lumps.
  3. Place the butter into a cast iron pan or into separate ramekins and place in oven for 2-3 minutes until butter is completely melted.
  4. Remove pan from oven and pour batter into it.
  5. Quickly return it to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the little guy is all puffy and brown around the edges.
  6. Serve with butter and syrup or jam.
  7. Serves 4 or hide in a closet and eat it by yourself.
