Tiger Butter
- 1 packages Vanilla Almond Bark
- 1 cup Peanut Butter (your choice creamy or crunchy)
- 1 packages Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Line a large cookie sheet with waxed paper.
- Set aside.
- In a 2 quart microwave safe bowl add the whole package of vanilla bark and peanut butter.
- Start melting this together making sure not to scorch.
- I would melt it for 2 minutes and if you can't stir it until smooth at that point then melt in 15-30 second intervals.
- Mix until all blended and pour onto cookie sheet and spread evenly.
- In a seperate bowl, melt your chocolate chips about a minute (they will be shiny).
- Make 3 horizontal rows of chocolate over the peanut butter mixture.
- Now the fun begins..take a fork and start swirling the chocolate into the peanut butter mixture.
- You can make sure the tip of the fork touches the bottom of the pan but not too hard so that you don't mess up the waxed paper.
- Let stand and harden.
- Cut into little pieces.
- It makes ALOT.
- Store in airtight container.
