Umeboshi Cooked in Rice For Bento Rice Balls
- 1 1/2 ~ 4 rice cooker cups Rice
- 1 amount needed for making rice Water
- 1 to 2 Salted plum
- 1 start with1 1/2 rice cooker cups of rice Rice cooked with umeboshi
- 2 leaves Shiso leaves (stems removed and finely cut)
- 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp Chirimen jako (semi-dried salted tiny sardines)
- Mince the umeboshi Leave the pits.
- Cook rice like you normally do, but with the umeboshi.
- When the rice is cooked, remove the pits, and mix.
- For rice balls, mix the ingredients marked with and shape.
- Done.
