Grilled Fried Chicken
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 chicken thighs (1-1/2 lb.), skin removed
- 25 RITZ Crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Heat grill to medium-low heat.
- Mix mayo and garlic.
- Brush chicken with mayo mixture; coat with combined crumbs and parsley.
- Grill, covered, 15 min.
- on each side or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
