Brazil Nuts and Chocolate Caramel Muffins Sig/*ari*
- 300 grams self raising flour
- 110 grams castor sugar
- 170 grams brazil nuts ,roughly chopped
- 1 egg ,slightly beaten
- 180 ml milk
- 60 grams butter ,melted
- 12 whole brazil nuts
- 225 grams packet ,jersey ,chocolate or plain caramels
- grease 12 hole muffin pan.
- Sift flour into a large bowl ,stir in sugar,chopped nuts,egg,milk and meted butter.
- Keep muffin mixture quite rough do not stir until very smooth.
- spoon half the mixture into the prepared pan.place one or two caramels into centre of each muffin,top wiith remaining half.Top each with a brazil nut.
- bake in a moderate oven about 20 minutes and golden brown.
