Chinese Stroganoff Recipe

  1. Brown meat in oil.
  2. Add in onions (both kinds), bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, mushrooms, broth and sugar.
  3. Cover and simmer 5 min.
  4. Blend cornstarch with 1 Tbsp.
  5. water and the soy sauce.
  6. Add in to mix and simmer (stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick) till juice thickens.
  7. Put in baking dish and chill.
  8. When ready to bake, pour peach juice over all, decorate with peaches, cover and bake at 300 degrees for 45 min or possibly till not through.
  9. Serves 5.
