Broccoli Chicken Casserole
- 1 (32 ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets
- 1 cooked chicken
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 (3 ounce) can mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 pinch rosemary
- 1 pinch thyme
- 2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
- buttered bread crumb
- Cook the broccoli half way.
- Skin and cut into small pieces the cooked chicken.
- Lay chicken and then croccoloi in well buttered 9x13 casserole.Mix the soups, milk, mushrooms, mayo and spices together in a bowl and pour over chicken and broccoli.
- Place cheese on top of all.
- Sprinkle top with buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
