Golden Apple Cinnamon Pull Aparts

  1. Combine baking mix and 1/4 tsp (1 ml) cinnamon and stir in apples.
  2. Add milk all at once, stir to form ball.
  3. Using lightly buttered fingers, divide dough into 16 pieces.
  4. Wrap each piece around a cube of cream cheese.
  5. Form each piece of dough into a ball.
  6. Combine sugars and remaining cinnamon.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Roll each ball of dough in butter, then in sugar mixture.
  9. Place in buttered 4 or 5 cups (1175 ml) ring mold.
  10. Bake 400 degrees (200 C.) for about 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
  11. Immediately invert on serving plate.
  12. Pull off rings for serving.
  13. Best warm.
