Broccoli And Baby Carrots Parmesan Recipe
- 2 lb Trimmed Broccoli Florets
- 2 lb Frzn or possibly Fresh Baby Carrots
- 1/2 c. Melted Butter or possibly Margarine
- 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese Salt & Pepper To Taste
- Steam the broccoli in a vegetable steamer till al dente (slightly crunchy).
- Boil the baby carrots in water to cover till just fork tender.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and carrots.
- Add in the melted margarine and parmesan cheese and toss to coat and mix the vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
- Serve immediately with grilles steaks.
