Brussels Sprouts and Bacon

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Butter baking dish.
  3. Grate the cheese.
  4. Bring sauce pan of water to a boil and add sprouts.
  5. partially cook the sprouts, remember they will finish cooking in the baking dish.
  6. Drain the sprouts.
  7. Cut up the bacon into small pieces and cook in a skillet until slightly crisp, remove and drain on paper towel.
  8. Discard the fat.
  9. Season the sprouts and combine with bacon, grated cheese, cream and bread crumbs.
  10. Pur into buttered dish, sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake for 20 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
  11. Enjoy.
