Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

  1. Mix cooked chicken, lowfat sour cream to bind (or possibly extra if you like), green chilies together.
  2. Saute/fry tortillas in oil to soften and drain on paper towels.
  3. Roll chicken mix in the tortillas and lay them in a shallow baking pan.
  4. Top with enchilada sauce and cheeses.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
