M&M Chocolate-Chocolate Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugars.
  3. Add egg and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt; gradually blend into creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in M and M's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Candies until evenly blended.
  6. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Make about 2 dozens.
  8. Bake 9 to 13 minutes.
  9. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire cooling racks.
  10. Store in tightly covered container.
