Crispy Caramel Corn Recipe

  1. Spray large pan with Pam.
  2. In large heavy saucepan, heat butter.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, syrup and salt; boil 5 min over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.
  5. Mix should foam.
  6. Pour over popcorn, mixing well.
  7. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.
  8. Well cold sufficient to handle separate.
  9. Store in tightly covered container.
