Rice Fritta

  1. Preheat oven 325F.
  2. Cook rice and saute onion.
  3. Combine cooked rice, onion,and chard.
  4. Add beaten eggs, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Put olive oil in GLASS pan.
  7. Pour mixture into pan.
  8. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until firm.
