Pepper Jack and Cheddar Rolls
- 10 rhodes frozen dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 10 (1 inch) cheddar cheese cubes
- 10 (1 inch) pepper monterey jack cheese cubes
- grated pepper monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend
- Cut the rolls in half and press one cheese cube into each roll half.
- Pinch the dough to completely enclose the cheese.
- Brush a 9-inch round cake pan with half of the melted butter.
- Place the cheese filled roll halves into the pan evenly, pinched side up.
- Brush the tops with the remaining butter.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.
- Remove wrap and bake at 350F 15-18 minutes.
- Last two minutes of baking sprinkle with grated cheeses.
- Serve warm.
