Pepper Jack and Cheddar Rolls

  1. Cut the rolls in half and press one cheese cube into each roll half.
  2. Pinch the dough to completely enclose the cheese.
  3. Brush a 9-inch round cake pan with half of the melted butter.
  4. Place the cheese filled roll halves into the pan evenly, pinched side up.
  5. Brush the tops with the remaining butter.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.
  7. Remove wrap and bake at 350F 15-18 minutes.
  8. Last two minutes of baking sprinkle with grated cheeses.
  9. Serve warm.
