Sweet Pea Pods (Stir Fried) - Stir Fried Chinese Pea Pods

  1. Clean/wash pea pods and clip off stems and tips.
  2. Heat oil in 10 inch fry pan or wok on high heat.
  3. Add pods and stir quickly.
  4. Cook until tender 2 or 3 minutes.
  5. Salt to taste.
