Salisbury Patties

  1. Combine all ingredients and form into patties.
  2. Brown under medium Broiler flame for about 10 minutes, turning once, or cook in a hot skillet, turning frequently. (Broiling will make slightly patties less "fat".).
  3. In medium mixing bowl combine powdered milk, flour, and salt. Cut in butter.
  4. until crumbly.
  5. In saucepan, combine 1/2 cup Creamy Gravy Mix to make Medium White Sauce to which additional finely chopped browned onions have been added.
  6. NOTE: Creamy Gravy Mix
  7. Recipe Makes 3 cups of mix, uses only 1/2 cup).
  8. 1 1/3 cup Non Fat Dry Milk Powder.
  9. 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour.
  10. 1 teaspoon salt.
  11. 1/2 cup Butter (I use Brummel and Brown yogurt butter).
  12. Serve Salisbury Patties topped with Creamy Gravy, sprinkled with optional Parsley.
