Moscow Mule II

• 1 jigger (1 1/2 ounces) vodka
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• Ginger beer (available at specialty foods shops), chilled

1. Into a tall glass filled with ice cubes, pour vodka, lemon juice and ginger beer and stir the drink well.
