Three-Bean Barbecue
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (16 oz.) baked beans
- 1 can (15-1/2 oz.) golden butter beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- 3/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cook bacon in skillet on medium heat until crisp; drain, reserving 2 Tbsp.
- of the drippings in skillet.
- Crumble bacon; set aside.
- Add onion to reserved drippings; cook and stir on medium-high heat until lightly browned.
- Drain.
- Mix all ingredients in 1-1/2-qt.
- casserole dish; cover.
- Bake 1 hour or until heated through.
