Watercress Sandwiches with Chili-Lime Butter

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in small bowl to blend.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. (Chili-lime butter can be made 1 week ahead.
  4. Cover and refrigerate.
  5. Bring to room temperature before using.)
  6. Spread chili-lime butter on 4 bread slices.
  7. Top with watercress.
  8. Top with remaining bread slices.
  9. Cut each sandwich in half and serve.
