Low Carb Eggnog

  1. Mix everything except for nutmeg together.
  2. If the water wasn't cold, chill until cold.
  3. You can also substitute a couple of icecubes for some of the cold water.
  4. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  5. Spike with rum if you want.
  6. Cheers!
