Revised Betty Crocker Pineapple Chutney

  1. prepare jars in boiling water bath, keep hot.
  2. In large, heavy saucepan, stir together all ingredients.
  3. Heat to boiling then reduce heat to low.
  4. Stirring frequently, simmer slowly 40 to 55.
  5. minutes until chutney turns deep brown.
  6. Fill and seal jars.

pineapple, cider vinegar, brown sugar, raisins, salt, ginger paste, garlic, red pepper, ground cloves, ground cinnamon
