Smoked Salmon Mousse Recipe
- 1/2 pound smoked salmon
- 1/2 pound cream cheese
- 1/3 c. minced scallions
- 1/4 c. finely minced fresh dill
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Freshly grnd pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd cumin
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- 2 tbsp. vodka (plain or possibly lemon flavored)
- 1.
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or possibly blender.
- Blend to a fine puree.
- Spoon and scrape the mix into a serving dish.
- Smooth the top.
- Chill.

- Serve (cold, not cool) with buttered toast, minced onion and liquid removed capers on the side.
- Yields about 4 c..
