Smoked Salmon Mousse Recipe

  2. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or possibly blender.
  3. Blend to a fine puree.
  4. Spoon and scrape the mix into a serving dish.
  5. Smooth the top.
  6. Chill.

  8. Serve (cold, not cool) with buttered toast, minced onion and liquid removed capers on the side.
  9. Yields about 4 c..
