Tilapia
- 1 For the 2 tilapia fillets
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
- 2 tsp butter
- 5 egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice:
- preheat oven to 375.
- use glass or metal pan.
- sprinkle lemon pepper over fillet.
- top each with a teaspoon of butter and bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- fish should flake easy with a fork.
- while its baking heat an additional 3 teaspoons of butter in pan until bubbling.
- add egg yolks to butter and the lemon juice.
- pull off heat and whisk like crazy until sauce is thickened and creamy.
- top the finished tilapia and enjoy.
