Brisket Omelette

  1. beat eggs and milk in small bowl until mixture is well blended
  2. heat 1 tablespoon oil in nonstick pan
  3. pour in egg and milk mixture, cook until half set
  4. add meat, cheese, peppers and onions
  5. fold over 1/3 , fold again
  6. cook for one minute, flip, cook for one minute more.
  7. garnish with salsa if desired
  8. serve immediately
  9. goes great with hash browns
  10. enjoy
