Sour Cream Cheese Puffs
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 13 cup finely chopped red pepper
- 14 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 34 teaspoon dill weed
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 24 ounces refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (2 tubes)
- In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, red pepper,onion, lemon juice, dill and pepper.
- Cut each biscuit in half horizontally, press into greased miniature muffin tins.
- Place a rounded tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in each cup.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with cilantro and serve immediately.
