Sour Cream Cheese Puffs

  1. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, red pepper,onion, lemon juice, dill and pepper.
  2. Cut each biscuit in half horizontally, press into greased miniature muffin tins.
  3. Place a rounded tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in each cup.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees F for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve immediately.
