Mediterranean-Style Turkey Burgers

  1. Mix ground turkey (or lean ground beef) and marinade mix in large bowl.
  2. Shape into 6 patties.
  3. Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 165F for turkey or 160F for beef).
  4. Serve on hamburger rolls with lettuce leaves, sliced red onion, ripe summer tomatoes and provolone cheese, if desired.
