Sauerkraut Favorite Recipe
- 1 pound smoked Polish sausage
- 1 pound sauerkraut
- 3 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. water
- Cut sausage into 1/2-inch pcs.
- Rinse and drain sauerkraut.
- Then mix together kraut, onion mix and water.
- Layer kraut and sausage in baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1 c. crushed potato chips over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min.
