Tangy Tortilla Toss
- 8 tortillas
- 1/4 c. reduced fat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. salsa verde
- 1 2/3 c. salsa verde
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 can black beans
- 3 c. shredded cooked chicken
- Cut tortillas into 1/2-inch strips.
- In batches, place between 2 paper towels on large microwave-safe plate in single layer.
- Microwave on High 2 minutes or until crisp.
- In small bowl, combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons salsa verde, and water.
- In 12-inch skillet, heat 1 2/3 cup salsa verde to simmering on medium.
- Add black beans and chicken; heat through.
- Stir in strips.
- Serve with sauce.
