Stir Fry Beef

  1. Prepare Beef - slice thin about 2" in length.
  2. Coat with cornstarch, set aside.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet, add minced garlic, all vegetables and cook until tender crisp.
  4. Remove from skillet after cooking with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  5. Heat 2 tablespoons oil until hot.
  6. Add Beef and stir fry until almost fully cooked.
  7. Add Lite Soy sauce and brown sugar and cook for about 2-3 more minutes until meat is well coated with sauce.
  8. Return Vegetables and cook until heated well.
  9. Serve over Jasmine Rice.
