pasta with chicken meatballs....

• 1 lb pasta of your choice
• 2 can sauce of your choice
• 1 lb chicken
• 1 small egg
• 1/2 breadcrumbs
• 1/4 mushrooms
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 dash red peper flakes
• 1/4 fresh chopped parsely

1. cook pasta of your choice by the box directions...
2. set pasta aside.
3. Mix the ground chicken,egg,breadcrumbs,garlic and red pepper flakes.
4. Also add the parsley and chopped mushrooms.
5. Mix well
6. Then form into balls and saute to half way down.
7. set aside.
8. open sauce or you can make your own and put in pot.
9. Place meat balls in the sauce and simmer 30 mins.
10. Pour sauce over meatballs and enjoy...
11. I usually put gratted parm or mozzarella and chopped parsley on top.
