Three Bean Salad Recipe
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 16 ounce. can cut green beans, liquid removed
- 16 ounce. can cut wax beans, liquid removed
- 16 ounce. can dark red kidney beans, liquid removed
- Red onion rings (optional)
- Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, and green pepper in large bowl and mix well.
- Drain all beans and add in to dressing.
- Toss gently and mound in refrigerator for at least 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
- May garnish with onion rings.
