Creamy Cucumber Tandoori in a Hurry
- 1/2 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing
- 1/2 tsp. each: ground cumin, curry powder, garlic powder and crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- 1/2 cup each: finely chopped cucumber and thinly sliced green onions
- Mix dressing and seasonings.
- Pour over chicken in shallow glass or plastic dish; cover.
- Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to marinate.
- Drain; discard marinade.
- Preheat broiler.
- Place chicken on rack of broiler pan.
- Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, 3 to 4 min.
- on each side or until cooked through.
- Place chicken on serving plate; sprinkle with the cucumber and onions.
