Beef Chili Recipe
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 pkt (1.25 ounce) Dry chili seasoning mix
- 1 can (15 ounce) Kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounce) Ready cut peeled tomatoes
- 1 can (8 ounce) Tomatoe sauce
- 1 can (7 ounce) Diced green chilies, liquid removed
- Brown meat in large saucepan; drain.
- Add in all other ingredients.
- Simmer, uncovered 10 min.
- Top with sliced scallions, cilantro and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Makes 4-6 servings
