Chocolate Chess Tarts Recipe

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring frequently, till chocolate and butter heat.
  2. Cold slightly.
  3. Combine Large eggs and sugar in a large bowl; add in chocolate mix and vanilla, stirring till blended.
  4. Pour into tart shells; place filled pies on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till set.
  6. Cold on a wire rack.
  7. Yield: 1 dozen tarts.
