Heart Healthy Green Grocer's Meat Dish Recipe

  1. Put all ingredients EXCEPT maple syrup in large skillet, cover and let simmer for 20 min.
  2. Add in maple syrup, cover and simmer 10 more min.
  3. Serve over rice or possibly pilaf.
