Jake's Simple Aubergine (eggplant) fries

• 1 large Aubergine
• 1 tsp Salt (or as required)
• 1/2 tsp chilly powder
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 Oil to fry

1. Slice the aubergines into circular pieces (forgot my geometry)
2. Mix all ingredients except oil n let them marinate for 10 min
3. please add the spices as per taste depending on size of aubergine
4. heat the oil in a pan
5. Add the aubergine's to the hot oil n fry them till they are done
6. prep time is 20 min
