Pork & Black Bean Chili

  1. Cook onions and bacon in large saucepan on medium-high heat 5 min.
  2. or just until bacon is crisp, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add tenderloin pieces; cook 8 min.
  4. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in pepper and paprika; cook 1 min.
  6. Add beans and tomatoes; stir.
  7. Bring to boil.
  8. Reduce heat to low; cover.
  9. Simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  10. Add plantains; cook 5 min.
  11. or until heated through.
  12. Spoon into eight bowls; top with sour cream.
  13. Serve with the crackers.
