Red Snapper

  1. Place juice, garlic and chopped onions in saucepan and bring to simmer.
  2. Add all the herbs and chilies and continue to simmer 1 hour.
  3. Cut fillets into 4 ounce servings and place in baking dish.
  4. Add vegetable pieces to fish.
  5. Cover with sauce.
  6. Bake 25 minutes at 400F (200C).
  7. Garnish with parsley and lemon.
