Quick! Easy! Rich Braised Chicken Drumettes

  1. Pour some oil in a heated thick-set pot and add the chopped garlic.
  2. Saute until fragrant and then add the drumettes.
  3. Brown all the sides lightly.
  4. Add all the ingredients and cover with a lid.
  5. Cook over a medium to high heat for 10 minutes.
  6. Adjust the amount of ketchup according to the amount of the meat and to suit your taste.
  7. Remove the lid and check the inside.
  8. Once the sauce bubbles vigorously and the sauce starts to reduce, increase the heat to high and cook down the sauce.
  9. Reduce the sauce until very syrupy and it is ready.
  10. Transfer onto a serving dish.
