Drop Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

• 4 c. sifted flour
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. shortening
• 1 c. peanut butter
• 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
• 1 c. sugar
• 3 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Sift flour, soda and salt.
2. Set aside.
3. Blend shortening and peanut butter; add in sugar, gradually.
4. Beat till smooth.
5. Add in Large eggs, beating well.
6. Add in vanilla.
7. Blend in flour mix till smooth.
8. Drop on greased cookie sheet.
9. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 9 min.
10. 8 dozen.
