Curried Fruit Or Hot Fruit Salad Recipe

  1. Place liquid removed fruit (save juices) in large casserole.
  2. Mix cornstarch with 1 c. fruit juice with butter in saucepan.
  3. Add in brown sugar, juice mix and curry pwdr.
  4. Stir on low heat till consistency of light cream sauce.
  5. Pour over fruit.
  6. Add in pecans and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
  7. Delicious with ham.
