Mom's Buffalo Wings

  1. Combine coating mixture and coat chicken pieces.
  2. Refrigerate coated chicken for at least 1 hour.
  3. Meanwhile combine sauce ingredients over low heat until margarine is completely melted.
  4. Coat chicken in leftover flour mixture.
  5. Deep fry chicken in 375 degree oil for 13 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towel and place in bowl and toss with sauce.
  7. Repeat with remaining chicken.
