Brandy Whipped Cream Sauce Recipe

• 1 x Egg
• 1/2 c. Butter, melted
• 1 c. Sifted powdered sugar
• 1 dsh Salt
• 1 Tbsp. Brandy flavoring
• 1 c. Whipping cream

1. Beat egg till light and fluffy.
2. Beat in butter, powdered sugar, salt and brandy flavoring.
3. Whip cream till stiff.
4. Gently fold into egg mix.
5. Cover and chill.
