Spinach Casserole
- 1 pound Spinach
- 2 pounds Ricotta
- 5 whole Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Dill, Minced
- 2 dashes Sea Salt
- 2 dashes Black Pepper
- 1 pound Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 pounds Feta Cheese
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix the spinach well with ricotta, eggs, dill, salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour it in a baking dish.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and spread them with the cut surface on top on the spinach mixture.
- Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour.
