Apricot-Glazed Beef Ribs

  1. Mix all ingredients except ribs until blended.
  2. Pour 2/3 cup preserves mixture over ribs in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat ribs.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  4. Heat grill to medium heat.
  5. Drain ribs; discard marinade.
  6. Grill ribs 10 min.
  7. on each side or until done, brushing occasionally with remaining preserves mixture.
